Her background includes overseeing day-to-day short-term rental operations, coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams, managing guest turnovers, and serving as a primary point of contact for property owners, contractors, and service providers.
Karen has extensive experience creating and launching short-term rental listings from the ground up. This includes property styling and staging, developing targeted marketing promotions to help listings stand out in competitive markets, and managing short-term rental licensing and regulatory compliance.
She is highly committed to maintaining properties to exceptional professional standards, with a strong emphasis on consistency, attention to detail, and operational excellence. Karen’s approach prioritizes reliable property care, efficient systems, and well-structured operations that enhance guest experiences and support long-term property performance and sustained success.
Nancy Meunier
With over four years of hands-on experience in property management and short-term rentals, Nancy brings a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-first approach to every property she manages.
Nancy’s journey began in Montreal, where she spent two years working in the Airbnb space—supporting properties from the ground up. This included preparing units for launch, coordinating cleaning teams, staging spaces for optimal guest experience, managing turnovers, and ensuring properties were consistently guest-ready and professionally maintained.
She then expanded her experience in Ontario, where she worked in property management for an additional two years. During this time, she was responsible for preparing and training teams, overseeing property readiness, and ensuring all homes were fully stocked, organized, and operating efficiently. She also worked closely with real estate investors to view potential investment properties, supporting decision-making and ensuring properties were set up for long-term success.
Throughout her career, she has managed day-to-day operations, maintained high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and acted as a reliable point of contact for owners, investors, and teams alike. She understands that a well-managed property isn’t just about maintenance—it’s about protecting investments, creating smooth systems, and delivering peace of mind.
